Reporting issues

In order for us to provide you with the best support possible, there are a few tips and guidelines that you should follow.

This email will create a ticket in our ticket management tool, which you can register with (when creating the first ticket, if you wish), and track the status of all tickets created by you. See it here how to follow up any ticket/request you have created.

  1. We request that the ticket subject should come in the following format: "CRM Name | Reported Issue";
  2. Create a new ticket whenever re-intervention occurs;
  3. Location-related issues/questions in Imovirtual, just email [email protected];
  4. Please create the tickets in English.

When reporting problems it's important to provide us all the information possible so that we can quickly get down to the root cause. Here are the basic elements we'll probably ask before debugging something:

  • Provide us the transaction_id of the response, object_id or UUID. it might be enough;
